Thursday’s 10.30-12.30 – ActivBoccia sessions at Whitton Sports Centre, Ipswich, IP1 6LW

These sessions, run by ActivLives, are open to any adults, boccia is particularly suited to players who find it difficult to play other sports and/or whose balance is challenged – it is a sport that is played sitting down! No previous experience required.

Thursday’s 1.30-3.00 – Inclusive Boccia sessions at Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre, Stowmarket, IP14 1LH

These sessions, run by ActivLives, are targeted particularly at players with a disability (Intellectual, physical and/or sensory). No previous experience of the game is required.
